At the centre of Apollonia lies the Orea (Beautiful) Sifnos restaurant. Since 1991, you look at it and think: “Now, there’s a nice little taverna!” You enter, across and out to the back and there you are amidst its amazing, magical garden!

In this garden, whatever you may eat will taste great, affordable, in large enough portions and fine service, typically Sifnian that is! Open from noon.

You’ll definitely be returning to its beautiful back yard!

It’s out of the question to land on Sifnos and not visit Platys Gyalos, the island’s top beach. After being done with playing on the sand and dipping in those fine waters, it’s time for a nice meal to wrap up the day.

At Café-Meze, misso-misso –literally by the sea– you can try local cuisine plus a lot more. Excellent dishes, carefully prepared. Wrap your meal up with homemade pastries or ice cream. Either way, no-one counts calories during holidays!
