19:00 – 19:30 Festival opening, welcoming of delegations, and an initial presentation of their regions through their gastronomy.

20:30 – 21:30 Laconia, Crete, and Andros are cooking
21:30 Traditional music and dances from Santorini, Lamia, Milos, Egypt, Sparta, Thirasia, and Mykonos

12:00 – 13:00 Seaside cooking on the beach of Faros by the Faros Improvement Association. Traditional music by Angelos and Simos.

19:00 Start of the second day of the Festival
19:30 – 20:30 Kythnos, Kimolos, and Milos are cooking
20:30 – 21:30 Kyparissia, Gomosto and Santorini are cooking
22:00 Arrival of the wedding at the Festival site. Traditional music and dances from Sifnos, Alexandria of Imathia, Achaia, Oropos, Laconia, and Kythnos. A night full of music and dance with Filippos Patriarchis (violin), Yiannis Sifnaios (violin), Dimitris Asvestas (lute), and Nikola Koudounis (santouri).
Parallel events:
18:00 Start of the traditional wedding from Tselementes’ village, Exambela. Treats offered by the Exambela Improvement Association. A blending of traditions and flavors with a bride from Sifnos, a groom from Imathia, a maid of honor from Achaia, and a best man from Oropos. Starting point: Courtyard of Agios Nikolaos Church, Exambela
18:00 Preparation of traditional Sifnian revithada by Theodosis Georgoulis Festival venue
